Challenge
Client wanted a small textile heirloom — a textile that combined a family crest motif with botanical elements while staying suitable for everyday display.
Approach
We translated the crest into a limited color palette, drafted a step sequence for layered satin and split-stitch areas, and produced a one-off sampler with guided stitch marks.
Result
The finished piece balanced heritage and restraint. The client received a framed sampler and a digital packet documenting thread choices and maintenance notes.
